COMPANY FORMATION
Offshore Center offers
customers complete assistance in registering
International Business Companies in Seychelles
. The company formation service can be purchased
for £500/- only. This package includes:
- Company Incorporation fee
- Registered Address
- Registered / Local Agent's fee
- Apostille (a legal document required
for incorporating in the Seychelles )
For only £35 extra, you can also
order a Company Seal for your newly incorporated
company.
Company formation in the Seychelles takes
approximately 3-4 working days. The Company
Renewal fee, if you wish to renew your company
registration for another year is only £500.

BANK ACCOUNT OPENING
Offshore Center can assist in opening of
bank accounts for its customers to facilitate
financial transactions. The bank account
opening service can be purchased for £500.
Bank accounts are opened in the Offshore
Banks.
The bank accounts may be opened in Euros, Pound Sterling or US Dollars. It takes approximately
2- 3 weeks to open the company bank accounts.
MERCHANT PROCESSING
SERVICES
Merchant account services facilitate businesses
in their electronic commercial activities
and in accepting online electronic payments
etc. Offshore Center assists its customers
in setting up merchant processing services.
The merchant account opening service can be purchased for £250. It takes approximately 2 weeks to make this service available.
CERTIFICATE OF
GOOD STANDING
Offshore Center can provide its customers with a Certificate of Good Standing. The certificate is prepared within seven to ten
working days and costs only £150.

CHANGE OF COMPANY
NAME
An IBC's name can be changed after incorporation.
It takes approximately fifteen days to register
a new name.
This service is available for £300.
NOMINEE DIRECTOR
Offshore
Center can provide a nominee director for
offshore company registration in the Seychelles
. The service is available as soon as the
payment is received.
The nominee director
service is available for £400 per
annum.
Please note that this
service is only available at the time of
company formation, and to the companies
being formed through us
NOMINEE SHAREHOLDER:
Offshore
Center can also provide a nominee shareholder
service for IBC's registered by it in the
Seychelles . The service is available as
soon as the payment is received.
The nominee shareholder
service is available for £100 per
annum.

to its customers. The Offshore Business
Starter Pack offers the following services,
at a discounted rate of £795/- only:

Purchased separately, the above 2 services
cost a total of £995/-, i.e. Offshore
Business Starter Pack offers a discount
of £200/-. The setup time required
is 1-2 days for company incorporation and
7-10 days for bank account opening.

HOW TO PLACE
AN ORDER

- Name, address, date of birth, gender,
nationality of company director
- Name, address, date of birth, gender,
nationality of company secretary
- Share allocation structure i.e. share
capital, share currency, number of shares
allotted, details of shareholders etc.
In order to purchase additional services for registered Company, login to your company’s account and use “Order New Products” option.
To place an order for opening a bank account,
the following documents are required:
- Notarized Copy of Passport,
- Notarized copy of Driving License,
- 2 x notarized proof of residence i.e.
copies of last two months utility bills,
- Notarized bank statement for last three
months.
